Shipping and Support

Shipping: Orders are posted within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

All orders are sent through Australia Post. Please allow time for postage, all orders are sent from Sydney, NSW. Please note that our parcels are sent by untracked postage.

International orders are welcome. Please use the contact page to organise your order and discuss shipping costs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive. 

Refund/Exchange: For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept refunds/exchanges on accessories, so please choose carefully.

$2.50 flat postage for all headband purchases.

$3.50 flat rate postage for all necklace purchases.
